I am doomed!

Thu Mar 4, 2010, 9:51 PM
Ok right my life has become an abyss. Today after having a great English lessons my English teacher told our class that she is leaving at the end of the term, which means she will be ditching us half way through our HSC year. So irritating seeing she was one of my best and nicest teachers and had actually put my hope on her to get me through English. This couldn't be any worse. I mean English is one the subjects I find the hardest and unfortunately no matter if it is my worse subject it still gets included in my ATAR. So seeing she leaves at the end of term the school has not yet put an ad out for a replacement teacher, meaning we have no security for whole will teach us next. At this rate we could get some new teacher that is fresh out of UNI that could be our teacher. I mean we have half yearly exams second week back next term in which our teacher is not going to be sure of what we have done. Luckily exams don't count but still feel very insecure.
I will now go and do something relaxing to relieve that stress.

English Books should not be turned into Manga!!!!!

Fri Sep 18, 2009, 3:07 AM
I love Manga and all, But there are moments in which I would like to ripe them into little peices. Like making english books into Manga, which just doesn't work. For example the series Maximum Ride. They have turned this series into Manga (not a graphic novel, I could live with that). Here's the problems

1. Like most manga's, main female charcter is dumbed down, made girly and pathetic. Girl in the book is the exact oppisite too this.

2. The Manga artist's go crazy and deceided to give the guy which is quiet and deep and one would presume to have an emo kind of haircut or shoulder length hair. But no, instead they give him really long hair which in a pony tail come down to his waist. What the hell!!! He looks like a bloodly girl!!! argh!!!

Gah!

Impending Doom

Sat Aug 22, 2009, 6:07 PM
Yes!!!!!!!!!
I have survived the impending doom of my Piano exam with a nice mark of an A. Though unfortunately after realising the world didn't end there and then at my Piano exam, I am now realising that I have a Biology assessment and History assessment in the next couple of days.
Damn.
Better change my impending doom date.

(Fixed by The Muffin Corporation... For all your muffin needs)

Note: I had nothing to do with the last comment.
Note from The Muffin Corporation- The weird phrasing is her fault. Couldn't be bothered fixing it.
Note: Once again ignore previous comment.

Shameful

Mon May 25, 2009, 5:21 PM
Well I think i have just acheieved to do one of the more shameful things in my life.
Playing an arangement of Docter Who with a group called Saxphone choir in the Estiford in the Chamber Music section. While groups in the section play Bach in String Quartets and other fancy classical peices. While we play Docter Who. Shame, shame, shame.
